OLINDA is our toast to the beauty of gathering. Named in honor of Gervasi matriarch Linda Swaldo, the name is derived from the Portuguese phrase for “Oh, Beautiful,” reflecting both the elegance of the space and the warmth of the experience. Stylish yet personal, OLINDA celebrates togetherness and family. Opening in 2026.
